Despatch cut-offs
Orders in before the facility cut-off go same day, carrier permitting. Cut-offs are agreed up front.

Use your own packaging or unbranded DropNest materials. We hold the standard you set.
Stock accuracy
Stock is tracked live; any discrepancy is raised and reconciled within an agreed window.
